Hextronics Internship

Hextronics is a company whose goal is to enable drone autonomy by creating portable battery-swapping drone stations. At Hextronics, I worked on a couple of different projects including designing casings and mounts for existing hardware, finalizing the cellular networking package which allowed the Atlas battery swapping station to work without needing to run an ethernet cable outside, reorganizing the quality control processes by creating accessible guides for new procedures, and reformatting and editing the Atlas User Manual to maintain professional and consistent documentation.

During my time at Hextronics, I not only got to utilize my skills as an engineer (through things like using Fusion 360 software and conducting product testing and analysis) but also as a project manager and systems engineer in my reconstruction of the quality control processes.
